FRASCOLD OFFERS NEW “COMPETENCE CENTER TEAM”

Counseling is Frascold's strength. The company is proud to present its new "Competence Center Team" whose aim is to support all customers at every stage of the compressor's working life, from selection to after sales and service. Frascold provides high-quality pre- and post-sales services, accompanying customers throughout the entire development process.

Eng. Marco Perri is the team leader. He is an electronic engineer working in the company for 10 years. Mr.Perri, the backbone of the R&D department, has gone all the way to R&D manager and laboratory head.

5-year R&D Laboratory Executive Director Eng. Tibor Perpenti is also part of the team. He graduated in power engineering and joined Frascold 7 years ago after giving a thesis on a calorimeter to measure the performance of CO2 compressors for transcritical cycles. From now on, he will carry his relevant experience in cooling systems to the aftermarket.

Claudio Peraro, who started his career 17 years ago with an internship in a lathe workshop in Frascold, is now a service specialist and also offers on-site assistance when needed in Europe.

Finally, Eng. Marco Bortolussi, an engineer with long experience in ATEX and CDU, will provide customers with selection and pre-sales technical support.

The "New Competence Center" will work side-by-side with customers, bringing in-depth knowledge and expertise on products, technologies, cooling systems and chillers to meet customers' needs and design requirements.
